SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") apply to your participation in the First Keys Covered text message program (the "Program"), operated by First Keys Covered, a DBA of Truthfully Insured LLC. By providing your mobile number and checking an SMS consent box on our subscribe form, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program Description

The Program delivers educational and informational text messages from First Keys Covered, including beginner-friendly lessons about auto insurance terms, coverage types, paperwork, and safe-driving habits. First Keys Covered is an educational publisher and is not an insurance company, agent, broker, or marketplace.

Consent and Opt-In

Participation in the Program is voluntary. You may opt in by submitting our subscribe form with a valid mobile number and an explicitly checked SMS consent box. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of accessing any content on the Site.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Account notification messages are sent as needed. Marketing messages are typically limited to no more than 8 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. First Keys Covered is not responsible for any such charges.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. After you send any of these keywords, we will send a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Supported Carriers

The Program is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and Data Sharing

Your phone number and SMS consent record are used solely to deliver the messages you requested. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. First Keys Covered does not sell, share, or transfer your mobile number or SMS opt-in data to any insurance carrier, agent, broker, comparison platform, or lead aggregator. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as our SMS platform provider, is permitted strictly to operate the messaging program. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

No Insurance Solicitation

Messages sent under the Program are educational only. They do not constitute insurance advice, a quote, or a recommendation to purchase any insurance product, and they do not connect you with any insurance agent, carrier, or broker.

Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
